Delivery Times
We typically despatch orders same or next day (weekdays), depending on time ordered. If we are away for a period longer than 3 days then there will be notices on the wesbite to say so. Otherwise, if for any reason we are unable to post your order within 2-3 days, we will advise you by phone or email.
Some of the largest wooden role play toys such as the wooden toy shop and wooden toy cooking centre are despatched direct from our supplier and so despatch times may vary slightly. Secure Payments
nicetoyshop.co.uk and niceragdolls.co.uk use Secure Trading to process all debit and credit card transactions. SecureTrading is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards accredited and takes care to ensure that transaction data is safe at all times. They use digital signatures and strong encryption to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout a transaction. Secure Trading computer systems are protected by managed firewalls and are located in physically secure locations with restricted access. Nice Toy Shop never has any access to your card details.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept most commonly used debit and credit cards. Look for the following logos:
    
When you have filled in your name, address and delivery details on the checkout page, press then "send order" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be redirected to the Secure Trading secure server where you can complete your card details before finally committing to your order.
Telephone Orders
If you are having any trouble with placing an order online, please call us on 0845 867 3777. We will make a note of your order and then process it in the normal way using Secure Trading.
Payment by Cheque
We understand that some customers will want to buy goods from us but do not want to enter their card details online. This is easy to do at nicetoyshop. Add the items you require to your basket as normal and then press the "checkout" button on right of the top toolbar. This will take you to our checkout page where you will see the option to pay by cheque in a drop-down list. Fill in your name, address and delivery details and then press the send order button at the bottom of the screen.

Payment by Post
Alternatively you could print the checkout screen and send it in the post to us along with your cheque. Please could you let us have an email address and/or telephone number so we can contact you in case we have since ran out of stock. |
